Connirae Andreas est une auteure et psychothérapeute américaine connue pour son travail dans le domaine de la programmation neuro-linguistique (PNL) [2]. Elle a été l’une des premières personnes à être certifiée en tant que formatrice en PNL en 1981 et est surtout connue pour son travail innovant sur le processus de Transformation Fondamentale (Core Transformation), une méthode par laquelle nos limitations deviennent facilement une porte d’entrée vers une expérience profonde que beaucoup décrivent comme notre noyau spirituel [1].
